Replace Toxic Perfume with Natural Essential Oils
Perfumes are usually full of harmful chemicals that can actually cause health problems. But did you know that the basic ingredients in any perfume come from essential oils? So why not make your own perfumes with a little bit of mineral oil, a dash of alcohol and the essential oils that you prefer for fragrance (rose, geranium, sandalwood, lavender, lemon, and papaya are all good choices). It's fun to mix your own creations…and you’ll be treating your body to a healthy alternative to chemical perfumes.

The Beauty of Dance
Did you know that moving your body is an essential ingredient in staying young? Movement is probably one of the most important parts of any anti-aging program. Movement, especially dancing, tones your muscles, stimulates your lymphatic system (which only works through movement), cleans your pores and skin, helps your respiratory system (breathing), and aids digestion and elimination. All that from something so fun! When you move around, be sure to get into an inverted position (head below your knees) once or twice for good measure.
